AI-first CRM, built around your business
Not another subscription with AI features bolted on. This is a CRM designed from scratch around your process, where AI agents do the routine work and every client interaction is transcribed and accessible in one place.
What is AI-first CRM
Most CRMs on the market (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24) are systems with fixed table structure and AI features glued on top. AI-first CRM inverts the logic: we design data structure and UX so that AI agents can drive the CRM on par with humans — via an MCP server that exposes every action as a tool for agents.
That means: when a client calls, an AI agent creates the deal, tags it, assigns the rep, attaches the transcript to the record, and updates the sales forecast — all automatically. The rep opens the CRM and sees the full picture, without copy-pasting between tools.
Four pillars of AI-first CRM
MCP server for AI agents
Every action in the CRM (create lead, assign, advance stage, send email) is exposed as an MCP tool. Any AI agent (Claude, GPT, a local model) can drive the CRM through natural language.
End-to-end lead attribution
More than UTM tags. We add identification instruments: IP enrichment, post-call recognition, site fingerprinting. You know exactly where each lead came from — Google Ads, referral, or cold call.
Transcription of every interaction
Phone calls, Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram/WhatsApp chats, Gmail threads — all automatically transcribed and attached to the client card. Full-text search. Ukrainian language out of the box.
Ukrainian accounting integrations
Built-in connectors for BAS, M.E.D.O.K (MEDOK), and Vchasno. Deal closed → invoice, completion act, and waybill generated automatically. No double data entry.
Who it's for
How we build a CRM for you
Business process audit
2 weeks: in-depth interviews with the owner, sales, and operations. We map exactly how you sell, deliver, and collect payment.
Data structure and agent design
1 week: define data models, roles, permissions. Describe which AI agents you need (lead qualifier, follow-up, call analyst, etc.).
MCP server and integrations
3-4 weeks: stand up the MCP server, connect telephony, Zoom, Gmail, BAS/MEDOK/Vchasno. Set up transcription.
Data migration and UAT
1-2 weeks: migrate data from your current CRM, train the team, run user acceptance testing on real cases.
Launch and support
Production launch with monitoring and a team on standby. First month — daily support, then SLA tailored to your needs.
Why AI-first CRM, not SaaS
Built around your process
You don't adapt to the CRM — the CRM adapts to you. No unused fields, no "required" modules, no tier-locked limits.
Your data, your control
Self-hosted or on your cloud account. No vendor lock-in. No "$50/user/month" line item that scales with the team.
AI agents handle the routine
Instead of a rep filling fields after a call — the agent does it. Instead of a PM writing status — the agent does it. The team focuses on selling.
Ukrainian accounting out of the box
BAS, MEDOK, Vchasno aren't third-party plugins with separate subscriptions — they're part of the system.
Frequently asked questions
How is AI-first CRM different from HubSpot/Salesforce with AI features?+
HubSpot and Salesforce are SaaS products with a fixed structure and AI chat bolted on. You can't give the agent full access to data — only what the vendor exposes. AI-first CRM is your own system, where the agent has direct access to all tables via the MCP server.
How much does implementation cost?+
Depends on process complexity. Minimal build (1 sales pipeline + 2 integrations + basic transcription) — from $12,000 over 6-8 weeks. Full build with custom AI agents and BAS/MEDOK integration — from $30,000 over 12-16 weeks. Ongoing support is separate.
Can we migrate from Bitrix24 / KeyCRM / Pipedrive?+
Yes. We do full data migration: contacts, deals, activity history, files. Telephony and email integrations are reconfigured for the new system. The old account can stay read-only for audit during the first months.
How does transcription work and where are recordings stored?+
For Ukrainian, we use Soniox or a custom pipeline based on fine-tuned Whisper. Recordings are stored in your S3/R2 — we have no access. The client card shows the transcript with timestamps + your playback service.
What's an MCP server and is it safe to give an AI agent access to the CRM?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard from Anthropic for giving AI agents tools. We describe each CRM action (create lead, send email, etc.) as a tool with permission validation. The agent can't do anything outside that list. All actions are logged and can be rolled back.
