Voodoo Print — an apparel-print online store with AI support
We built Voodoo Print a custom platform — from catalog and checkout to an AI chat that answers customers from live store data and hands complex conversations to a human.

Context
Voodoo Print is a Ukrainian apparel-print and merch company, serving both retail (from 1 unit) and business (runs from 50 — uniforms, branded and event merch). They needed not a template but their own platform: smooth retail sales, a contract-based B2B order flow, and support that doesn't eat the team's time.
What we built
- A custom store on Next.js + Payload CMS — filtered catalog, product cards with artwork upload, cart and checkout, mobile-first.
- KeyCRM integration — inventory sync, automatic order creation, webhook status updates shown in the customer account.
- A custom AI chat grounded in store data — answers about orders, stock and services strictly from verified data; escalates complex cases to a human (HITL) with full context. Built in-house because KeyCRM has no public chat API.
- A B2B portal — a lead form and a clear 4-step process, contract-based work (sole proprietor / LLC, invoice / act, VAT, e-signature).
- Customer account — order history and status, repeat orders.
- Checkout & payments — Nova Poshta delivery + self-pickup, LiqPay/Monobank payments.
- Blog + SEO/AEO — educational content, schema.org markup, an auto-sitemap for indexing in search and AI engines.
- Granular cookie consent + privacy and terms pages.
What's next
- A 3D hoodie configurator (Three.js) — an interactive model with print and color selection.
- AI print generation (Replicate) — AI assistance for creating print designs.
Outcome
- A custom platform instead of a template: store, B2B flow and support in one solution the client owns.
- The AI chat removes routine questions (status, stock) and routes complex cases to a human without losing context.
Built to search- and AI-optimization standards
The store doesn't just work — it's technically ready for search and AI systems: green Google PageSpeed scores and a complete, correctly-marked-up structure.

- schema.org structured data (Organization, FAQPage, ContactPoint) — for rich search results and accurate AI answers.
- FAQ blocks with FAQPage markup — direct answers for search and voice/AI assistants.
- Automatic sitemap.xml and clean semantic URLs for full indexing.
- Open Graph — correct previews when shared on social and messengers.
- llms.txt — a guide file that helps AI systems read the site correctly.
- Bot-access control via robots.txt Content Signals — governing how search and AI use the brand's content.
