What we do
We design, build, and operate production-grade voice AI systems for businesses that need more than an off-the-shelf SaaS — but less than a six-month enterprise engagement. Our typical client is a Shopify Plus merchant, a custom/headless commerce brand, or a mid-market retailer who wants their phone line to work as well as their website.

Our approach
Most voice AI projects fail not because the technology is unready, but because the integration is shallow. We build cascading pipelines (VAD → STT → LLM → TTS) tuned for sub-500ms response latency, with deep integration into the client's existing CRM, telephony, and commerce stack. We treat voice agents as software systems, not chatbots — with observability, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
We are platform-agnostic: we build on Vapi, Retell AI, Synthflow, Bland AI, or ElevenLabs Agents depending on what fits the client's stack. We are not locked into a single vendor.
